99% of the people who come to this site register and download the software - typically in 3-6 minutes from their arrival. A few people experience difficulties. Most of these difficulties are brought about by security measures implemented on their computer systems at their end.

Here's the 2 most common things that go wrong:
Confirmation email never arrives.
Every now and then (quite rarely) the confirmation email doesn't arrive. Sometimes this leads people to believe that I don't trust them or that this website is broken. It's possible the website is broken, though I monitor it daily and there are several downloads each day - so it's soon obvious when the website is broken.
If you email me using the websites contact form, I will enable your login for you and you wont need to receive a confirmation email - ever.
Some people think the website emails them the software automatically...
The website does not email you the software, I cannot email you the software, - you have to download it. It's too big for an email.
You need to login, and then click the download menu entry that appears only for registered users.
