Moving Your License

I get a lot of license move requests. Some are genuine and some surely are not. How do I know? Well I have records. In one case the person has moved their license 5 times this year (2010). Guess they have experiences a lot of computer troubles. So I have to take a stand.

My Simple License Moving Policy

  • A license can be moved only once.
  • I reserve the right to deny any license move.
Proceedure

Here's how to apply for a License Move.

The original purchaser of the license should email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and tell me:

  1. Why you need to move your license.
  2. Your original SyringePumpPro invoice number
  3. Your original MachineID
  4. I will contact you and let you know if I will grant you a new license.
  5. ONLY if you receive an email from me saying I will grant the license move, go to the control panel and uninstall SyringePumpPro from the licensed machine.
  6. I will then contact you reqesting your new machine ID.
  7. After receiving your new machine ID, I will issue a new License Key to you.
