How can I check that my download has not been tampered with?

From 24th April 2010, the installer for SyringePumpPro is digitally signed with a publisher's certificate. This certificate is in the name of the SyringePumpPro parent company TBITC Pty Ltd.

Note  Installer exe's downloaded from this site prior to the 24th April 2010 will not show any digital signature information. Please delete these from your computer and download the signed installer.

To check your download (Windows):

Locate the downloaded installer which wil be named SyringePumpPro-Vx.y-Setup.exe, where x.y is the version of SyringePumpPro.

Right click on the installer exe and in the pop up menu select Properties.
A window will pop up to show the properties of the installer executable. Select the Digital Signatures tab at the top
In the Signature list area, click on the signer name TBITC Pty Ltd. Now your confidence about the authenticity can begin to increase.
Click the Details button and the display will now show the image on the right, without the red rectangle which I have placed to draw your attention to the statement 'The digital signature is OK.' If you see that sentence, then you have the Installer program that was made by me.
