Licensed Program not talking to pumps
Scenario You have purchased a license and you have been able to control more than one pump, but now the license no longer works.
Both the title bar of the SyringePumpPro application and the status bar at the bottom show the number of licensed pumps. The trial version will show one pump for the first 30 days.
The license key is specific to the computer's machine ID that is found in the License dialog box from the License menu. The license key will not work with any other computer.
If your key worked at one time and is now no longer working the possible scenarios are
- You replaced a hard drive, network card or other hardware on the computer running the licensed software.
- You reinstalled an operating system on the computer running the software.
- You copied the license key to another computer.
The above scenarios are easily remedied - if you are not using the old computer to communicate with pumps, please contact us using this special link, and we will send a new license key. We reserve the right to decline.
WARNING: Our copy protection mechanism will inform us of license violations, which will be followed up.
If you are now wishing to use an additional installation of SyringePumpPro then you will need to purchase an additional license.
