How to Reset A New Era Pump

To reset your New Era Syringe Pump...

Key Pad Models

Press and hold the left-most arrow key while turning on power to the pump.

Note the following OEM reset technique will work with Key Pad pumps too.

OEM Models

Note this method relies on working pump communications.

To reset these pumps:

• Start SyringePumpPro
• Let the automatic connections time out.
• Despite thinking that no pumps are connected enter the command *RESET and send it.
• SyringePumpPro may indicate that communication errors have occured. This depends on a number of factors - and is quite normal.
• This will reset all your connected and powered on pumps.
