Having problems downloading?
If you are experiencing problems downloading from this website, here's a list of things that may help.
- Are you an Internet Explorer user? In particular are you using and old version say version 6.x or are you using a very recent version that hasnt been in distribution long?
If so this might be a problem.
Try installing and using Firefox Web browser available from here. It is a faster and superior browser and a lot lot safer than Internet Explorer.
- If at all possible, try using another computer.
- Does your company place limits on what and where you may download from - many corporate IT systems are very tight and you may need to consult your IT department and discuss this issue with them. They may for instance block a range of IP addresses that includes this website.
- There may be a problem with this website. Please notify me of your download problems and I can make other arrangements to help you get the download.
